ELM’s mission is to support adults with special needs and their families to GROW, THRIVE and ACHIEVE in integrated communities. We support our participants in reaching their optimum level of individual potential by delivering a broad range of resources and ongoing guidance. ELM is committed to engaging individuals with choices that impact their lives. Participants enjoy socializing and recreation with friends, participating in leisure activities, volunteering in the community, and developing as a productive member of their community. We envision a future where people with developmental disabilities are truly part of their community.
