Job Description

The Technical Support Representative II is responsible for handling inquires from the Software Support phone queue relative to the installation, configuration, usage and maintenance of the Quality Systems Business end-user software.


This position is eligible for a hybrid/flexible schedule allowing remote work when not required in the office.


The Technical Support Representative handles all customer interactions relative to the installation, configuration, usage and maintenance of the Quality Systems Business end-user software and software systems.  The scope of these responsibilities include providing superior customer service, answering technical questions, investigating, complaint handling, documenting, educating and providing information regarding implementation and functionality of all Quality Systems Business end-user software products.


Education:   Associate or Bachelor degree, or equivalent combination of education and work experience in Information Technology is preferred


Experience:   2+ years customer service experience.  Experience with SQL Server, TCP-IP, and knowledge of Customer Relationship Management Database operations.


Skills:   Requires basic technical foundation and the ability to apply and communicate technical knowledge.  Requires good communication skills.  Position requires extensive phone use.
