Social Media Strategist/Copywriter 

 

Service Champions Heating & Air of Northern CA, a fast growing residential home services company that specializes in heating, cooling, insulation, water, and electrical, is looking for a seasoned social media leader to generate great posts and be a subject matter expertise on social strategy and performance. You will collaborate with our internal marketing teamhuman resources/ recruiting and external partners to execute communications that support the growth of social media communities and bring in interested users with education and entertaining content.  You will also help with copywriting for sales and promotions materials.

Responsibilities

What will I work on? 

  • Develop and execute on Service Champions social strategy to achieve monthly KPIs 
  • Manage the social listings and analytics to present to key business stakeholders 
  • Partner with vendor teams to ideate and develop ongoing campaigns to drive consideration for Service Champions business 
  • Work with our marketing team and human resources/ recruiting team on proactive engagement opportunities to create brand awareness and virality 
  • Manage campaigns to create social-first images, GIFs, and videos with the marketing team, human resources/ recruiting team and our center leaders 
  • Track and report on monthly channel performance to measure brand awareness, engagement, and client and candidate consideration 
  • Always have a finger on the pulse of social trends and platform updates  
  • Collaborate with marketing ops and project management to ensure social media is planned and implemented across integrated marketing and recruiting campaigns 
  • Manage and execute social advertising campaigns geared towards both client engagement and candidate engagement 
  • Have fun while creating social content to promote our products/services, team member engagement/spotlights, grow our team member base.

  • Skills in creating social media strategies, content, and relevant performance metrics 
  • 2+ years corporate B2B/B2C Social Media 
  • Experience in HubSpot Marketing and Social 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field 
  • Proven project management expertise to meet the challenge of multitasking and meeting deadlines 
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices 
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills, with a passion for storytelling and an understanding of messaging to achieve results 
  • Basic knowledge of Account Based Marketing and Demand Generation principles 
  • Experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS and GSuite
