Job Description

We are an online sales company located in Pleasanton. We are looking for a shipping and receiving clerk to work in a team environment to deliver best-in-class buyer experience through sourcing, listing, packaging, content creation, troubleshooting, and analytics reporting.

We are a small company and each employee has multiple skills and many functions. The ability and willingness to share other tasks is essential, as is a good attitude and ability to get on well with co-workers.


The job is part time, paid hourly, with a requirement to be flexible both weekly and seasonally. Hours may be flexible, between 20 and 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday with the occasional weekend.

In this role you’ll:

· Shipping, inventory control and data entry

· Receive, organize and label products

· Professionally prepare products for shipment by bagging and attaching stickers

· Ship single products and larger quantities through different methods

· Proofread and suggest improvements to existing listings

· Identify and respond to problems and resolve them quickly

· Use excel spreadsheets and Google sheets to track inventory

· General upkeep of the work area

· Perform miscellaneous tasks, as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $15.00 to $17.00 /hour
