Job Description
We are actively seeking a determined, career-driven duo to take on the role of On-Site Managers at our bustling Self Storage facility located in Richmond, CA. The standard work schedule for this team is from Tuesday to Saturday, with Sundays and Mondays off. Resumes are required when applying for this position.

Remuneration and Benefits:- An hourly wage of $17.00 plus a $400 total signing bonus after 90 days!
- As part of your contract, you will reside on-site in a provided 2-bedroom + 1-bathroom apartment. This includes all utilities with an equivalent market value exceeding $2250 per month.
- Employees can avail discounts on storage units.
- Earn a 3% commission monthly from the total revenue collected by the facility above the set threshold at hiring time. Although initially estimated at around $50-$100 monthly, this commission can substantially grow as rents increase over time.- Benefit from a 12.5% commission on all merchandise sales paid monthly
-Inclusive of provided housing and separate commissions components, potential combined earnings are equivalent to an additional $6-$9 per hour – potentially bringing total compensation up to between $21 - $24 per hour each.

.Responsibilities:
-Manage daily operations effectively
-Collaborate with team members to maximize sales, marketing efforts, and occupancy rates leading to increased revenues
-Deliver excellent customer service including dealing professionally with customer issues or queries-Successfully sell storage units through phone calls walk-ins or email inquiries using established guidelines
-Maintain neatness while completing leases or other documentation
-Control delinquent accounts via telephone calls texts or emails
-Network locally with other business entities for increased brand awareness within the local community
-Conduct administrative tasks including inventory audits -Maintain cleanliness throughout office premises Skills &

Competencies:
-Prior experience/Interest in sales and marketing -Enjoys interacting with the public -Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
-Proficient in networking face-to-face
