Job Description
This Sales & Marketing Support position directly supports the VP of Sales. 
 

Duties

The duties involved with this position include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting the sales team in creating marketing materials such as email blasts, handouts/brochures, banner ads
  • Assisting in the creation of presentation materials
  • Issuing quotations for display systems on behalf of the Sales Team
  • First-line customer support (answering phones/emails, opening support cases, taking down basic information)
  • Answering phone calls on behalf of Technical Support and Sales

Qualifications

  • Basic graphic design and/or Photoshop skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is strongly preferred
  • Experience in administrative, operations, and/or sales positions is preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of business phone etiquette
