Job Description:

As a Respite Care Provider, you will offer essential support to families by providing respite care in the child’s home. This role is vital in giving families a much-needed break while ensuring that children receive quality care in a safe and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide in-home respite care for children with special needs or disabilities.
• Support the child's daily activities, including play, meals, and personal care.
• Create a safe and engaging environment for the child.
• Communicate regularly with family members regarding the child’s needs and activities.
• Follow all safety and health protocols while in the home.

Requirements:

• Must be available to work a minimum of 24 hours per month.
• Flexible hours are available, including during the day, at night, and on weekends.
• Ability to work in various locations throughout the Bay Area.
• Previous experience in childcare, special needs care, or related fields is preferred but not required.
