Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients for treatment and ensure their comfort throughout the process.
• Assist the Doctor with rehabilitative treatment modalities.
• Perform front desk tasks, including patient check-in, data entry, and maintaining organized patient records.
• Act as a point person for patient inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information about our clinic's services and procedures.
• Ensure a warm and welcoming environment for patients, creating an exceptional experience that exceeds their expectations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a chiropractic or rehabilitation clinic is highly desirable.
• Strong passion for delivering excellent patient care and a natural ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Desire to learn and grow in the field of rehabilitative care, demonstrating confidence in discussing the benefits of our clinic's services with patients.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, colleagues, and healthcare professionals.
• Excellent organizational abilities with an attention to detail to ensure accurate scheduling and maintenance of patient records.
