Marketing Program Coordinator

We are looking for a Marketing Program Coordinator to join our Marketing Team. You will have an opportunity to work with a talented and creative media team who are responsible for all Service Champions advertising and branding.

You will work in the corporate office in Pleasanton, CA. This candidate will creatively attract clients to choose Service Champions for their heating and air conditioning needs.

Primary Functions:

As part of our Marketing Team, you will be primarily responsible for assisting with the growth and retention of our MVP (Maintenance Value Plan) membership program along with supporting other key marketing programs.

  • Drive and own growth and retention initiatives for client membership program
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and management to plan and develop-standard operation process, deliverables, required resources, budget, training, and roll out of new program initiatives
  • Present acquisition and retention campaign ideas utilizing various marketing channels (direct mail, email, website, phone agents, etc,) to grow or retain the membership base
  • Ensure consistent brand voice
  • Evaluate and monitor program performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports
  • Develop and communicate marketing plans, campaign results and project recommendations to senior management team
  • Marketing program budget management
  • Assist the marketing department’s initiatives with planning, executing, and tracking of other marketing programs to help achieve $62MM+ in annual revenue for the company.

Job Requirements
Key Requirements:
• 1-2 years’ experience in a marketing role
• Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing
• Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Must have strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as copywriting and proofreading skills
• Ability to work within a team and independently
• Strong organizational, time management skills, as well as attention to detail
• Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite tools
• Able to travel throughout Northern California (on rare occasions)
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
