Position: Operations and Customer Service Coordinator
Location: Danville, CA
Provides general office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies, and monitoring administrative projects. Client is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support the business on a variety of projects and tasks daily. Strong interpersonal skills, initiative, reliability and trust are key qualities that the successful candidate must possess.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Welcome visitors and greets them in person or on the phone.
· Be available and responsive to a variety of tasks coming into and out of the business daily
· Assist with regularly scheduled and ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks
· Perform general office duties such as, ordering supplies, keeping office tidy, maintenance on copier, distribute mail and packages.
· Support the team on projects and tasks as assigned
· Assist and redirect calls to the appropriate staff member
· Respond to communications including emails and phone calls directed to the office
· Coordinate expense reports and some travel as needed
· Order flowers and send cards for various occasions
· Other duties as assigned
