Your Purpose

You will be responsible for maintaining the company’s core system and back office processes as well as associated third-party applications to ensure the efficient and secure processing of member transactions.

Ideal Candidate will possess

  • Associates degree in an applicable field AND Internal: minimum 2 years of work experience in a Specialist III role; External: minimum 1 year of work experience in a Lead-level role OR High School Diploma/GED AND Internal: minimum 4 years of work experience in a Specialist III role; External: minimum 3 years of work experience in a Lead-level role required.
  • Proficiency with Windows 7, 8 and 10 and Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills required.

What You'll Do

To succeed in this position, you must be able to satisfactorily perform basic occurrences of each of the following under direct supervision from your manager:

  • Expertly administer the credit union’s core system and associated third party applications, including the installation of software updates in production and test environments, overseeing general and preventative maintenance and communicating system/application changes to management and employees.
  • Evaluate the stability and efficiency of the core system and associated applications and identify and implement improvements.
  • Provide local and remote technical support on the core system and associated applications to employees and third-party vendors in person and by telephone, email and helpdesk.
  • Expertly administer archives of core system and associated application reports, including document indexing, retrieval and research.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues across departments and branches to deliver optimal and efficient service to our members. Uphold a standard of professionalism actively fostering positive relationships internally and externally.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the credit union’s products and services, ensuring compliance with applicable Federal and State laws, Credit Union banking regulations, and OE Federal Credit Union’s policies and procedures and current promotions.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Salary Range: $56,000 - $77,000

OE Federal Credit Union offers competitive compensation. The offered salary considers experience, education, training, internal peer equity, job location and other business considerations when extending an offer. The salary outlined is based on working in Livermore, California. The salary range will adjust to the applicant's work location. In addition to competitive salaries:
