    We actively seek a Facilities Coordinator resident in our Pleasanton, CA office.

    Position Summary

    We are looking for an awesome entry-level Facilities Coordinator who is flexible, reliable, outgoing, professional, and has a positive work attitude. It is important that everyone encounters friendly and professional service and that our offices run efficiently. Our objective is to keep the Rimini Street offices fully operational and running smoothly while providing employees with the resources needed to excel at their jobs. The Facilities Coordinator will report to the Senior Manager, Global Facilities. Duties include stocking multiple kitchens, maintaining multiple conference rooms, meeting setups and daily walk through of the building. In addition you will also assist employees with special requests and act as an employee relations liaison to provide helpful and accurate information to employees and visitors.


    Job Requirements
    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    Inventory Control-Refreshments and Office Supplies

    Order, Stock and maintain food/beverage/office supplies. This role will be responsible for maintaining the common areas as well as ordering and stock maintenance for all kitchen and copy room supplies.
    Meeting Coordination

    You will be required to ensure the offices are well maintained and presentable at all times; maintaining cleanliness of all offices, workstations and conference rooms throughout the business day.
    Administrative

    Input and keep policies and procedure manuals up to date in Microsoft software programs. Ability to learn internal software.
    Deliveries

    Handling of all incoming packages and deliveries. Requires sorting and delivering to employees or forwarding as appropriate.
    Vendor Relations

    Escort vendors for deliveries
    Vendor relation knowledge will be necessary to oversee typical vendors including coffee/snacks, office supplies, confidential shredding, and plant maintenance.
    Workplace Operations

    Related requirements will include handling internal tickets for maintenance and other general requests for office repairs. This may involve overseeing moving of furniture, installation of keyboard trays, whiteboards, hanging pictures, etc.
    Taking direction and completing tasks requested by team members.
    IT knowledge

    Liaison to IT to ensure office support needs are being met. Assistance may be required to perform on site IT tasks. Basic understanding of computer set-ups, hardware terminology, and simple network diagnosis will be necessary.
    Additional Duties and Responsibilities

    Flexibility to adapt and assist all departments when needed.
    Ability to work independently in a highly visible role

    Minimal Qualifications

    2 years in a customer service or retail role
