Job Description

Bio-Rad is going through an astounding data and technology transformation, and we are looking for an enthusiastic CRM Systems Process Manager to join our Global Commercial Operations Center of Excellence team. This candidate should have platform expertise and will require hyper-focus on the overarching mission of delivering best-in-class service and scalability.

You will own all CRM projects and transformation efforts, incorporating standard project management methodologies (LSS and problem solving) as well as support integrations and cross discipline coordination.


Evaluate & Execute

  • Supports departmental opportunities to streamline and simplify the execution of CRM transformation initiatives and capabilities.

  • Collaborate with internal team to drive lean methodologies, lead workshops and document current state and future solutions on our SFDC platform

  • Document system roadmaps by partnering with respective system product owners and IT in order to drive roadmap execution and manage timelines 

  • Manage project plans with support from Product managers and L&D manager. Develop deployment plans such as high impact training program to ensure successful rollouts 

  • Support change management associated with technology/digital transformation 

  • Conduct process improvement sessions with sales and services 

  • Build process improvement plan and execute with support from GCO CoE 

  • Coordinate with CRM product managers to prioritize and implement key initiatives. 


  • Build continuous improvement mindset across team. Constantly strive for ways to strengthen end to end process perspective for complex global business process master data as well as level process efficiencies on a global scale 

  • Implement internal team key project management capabilities to align internal processes. Drive ROI and KPIs on priority transformation initiatives and roadmaps 

  • Organize with IT and Product Managers, the development and deployment of new enablement tools 

  • Develop project charters and report out updates to key stakeholders 


  • Responsible for creation of data and system flow documentation and process maps. Align key data capabilities, such as data lineage, Business Process Maps and training materials with the data and system process flows. 

  • Create written documentation including system architecture, project plans, policy and procedure, presentations, and other documents as necessary. 

  • Maintain proper documentation of processes and procedures across CRM landscape. Establish effective communication plans to keep organization and users well informed and providing visibility and easy access to information. 

  • Organize any changes to process and solutions globally 

  • Manage and document all project related meetings and agendas. Lead workshops to identify areas for improvement by collecting requirements and understanding current state. 

  • Maintain & Measure 

  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of processes post-implementation. 

  • Make certain that processes continue to positively impact the organization and are appropriate for the business



  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills. Able to interact with diverse stakeholders. 

  • Strong presentation skills including experience with MS PowerPoint and Visio 

  • Solid knowledge of business process/lifecycle management principles, theories, and concepts. General understanding of industry practices, techniques, and standards. 

  • Understand P&L, ROI analysis; have strong quantitative skills coupled with solid business foundation. 

  • Technical expertise with CRM. 

  • Collaborative work style – internal, external, horizontally, and vertically 

  • Deadline and results-driven with an ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment involving multiple stakeholders. 

  • Current with Lean, Agile project management methodologies and software lifecycle. 


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, or a relevant STEMS focused discipline. MBA a plus 

  • Life Science or other business to business experience/knowledge is preferred. 

  • Experience managing at least one large-scale full-life cycle implementations of CRM solutions 

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality. 

  • Proven ability to successfully drive projects to completion. 

  • 3+ years of IT Product or Project Management experience 

  • Experience with leading and coaching, 

  • Experience with problem solving with a passion to analyze, set priorities, and solve complex problems effectively and consistently 

  • Experience driving global, cross-functional projects end-to-end • Strong familiarity with CRM systems ( preferred) and ERP systems (SAP preferred) 

  • Solution-oriented with the ability to think strategically and creatively. 

  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification a plus 

  • Adaptability and flexibility. Able to manage deadline pressures, ambiguity, and change.
