Job Description

Small accounting consulting firm providing Employee Retention Tax Credit to small businesses throughout the United States. Through (4) COVID Laws, IRS is giving Employers up to $26,000 per employee and  we assist clients to obtain refunds and we only bill if we are successful. We are a growing organization looking to hire a highly motivated outgoing, and customer service-oriented person to administrative support across all departments.

Position Description:

This position will provide customer service, and administrative support to our sales team by helping to confer with clients by telephone or in person. Provide information about our services to clients, as well as provide assistance to clients in obtaining the necessary documentation  for submission to the IRS

         Explain our service and answer questions from customers.

         Provide brief IRS Tax Credit information to potential clients.

         Prepare all required paperwork including contract preparation

         Obtain information from clients and submit required forms and follow up with clients

         Record maintenance

         Assist in planning marketing events and company sponsored events

         Keep a detailed log of contacts in our company database.

         Build trust and rapport with clients

 

Required Skills/Abilities:

·       Ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing via text and email with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

·       Customer service skills  

         Ability to prioritize and multitask as well as be proactive.

         1 to 3 years administrative and/or customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

         Microsoft computer skills, familiarity and ability to use various email, excel and video conferencing programs and applications

         Must be proficient in Windows 11

         Ability to type 40 WPM and

         Familiarity with CRM a plus

         HubSpot experience highly desirable

 

Physical Requirements:

          Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time.

         Able to perform various tasks via computer and phone


Salary:
Hourly base of $20 to $30/hr DOE

COVID-19 considerations:
We are flexible. This is a very small office.
