Job Summary: This is a Temporary, Seasonal Position. Primary job duties include providing customer service, print production, copy services, lamination, binding, collating and file manipulation. This is for Emergency Response to Fires, so there is not set location of where the job will be, or time frame. Ability to travel to job sites throughout the state of CA and be away for several days or weeks at a time as required. Hours will vary and may by throughout the night. You will be at the Fire Base Camps working in the Clerical Trailer. Assignments can be anywhere from 1 week to 3 months depending on fire activity. If you want to be where the action is and support our equipment in emergency operations apply today to be ready to respond at a moment’s notice for a call for support!   Duties / Responsibilities: Ensure the accurate processing of orders.  · Copy, Print, Fax, Bind and Laminate. ·  Understand and operate the following equipment:  Color copiers, Laminator, Binding Machine, Desktop PC, Large-format poster plotter. · Manipulate Files in order to print correctly. ·  Greet customers upon entering and assisting them with their needs in a timely and courteous manner. · Troubleshoot printer jams and conduct normal copy operator maintenance. · Maintain a clean, productive, and welcoming space for customers. · Must be friendly and willing to assist with problem-solving, while remaining calm under pressure. ·Respond and resolve customer requests and concerns. · Assist with setup and take down of Clerical Trailer.

·  Performs other duties as required   Required Skills / Abilities:

·  Ability to speak, read and write English.

·  Must be computer literate and know Microsoft Office and must have Adobe PDF knowledge.

· Flexibility is key as specific assignments change.

· Have a clean driving record (able to drive company vehicles).

· Must have a valid ID and be able to pass a background to get on secure sites.

· Ability to work flexible hours including nights, holidays, and weekends when needed.

·  Ability to travel to job sites and be away for extended periods of time based on contract needs is required.

· Attentive to detail and alert at all times to ensure safety.

·  Ability to take direction.

·  Excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively and remain poised under pressure.

·  Ability to work with minimum supervision with a can-do attitude.

· Great customer service skills.

Education and Experience:High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.

  •            Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the same field or industry

    Physical Requirements: Must be available to work 12-hour shifts. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds independently at times.Must be able to work inside and outside in all weather conditions.Must be able to travel to offsite assignments for extended periods.Ability to twist, turn, bend, lift, kneel, climb and stand.   Who we are?
