Job Description

Bio-Rad is currently seeking a Sales Incentive Analyst to support our Americas Sales Incentive Compensation program with various aspects of sales planning, including territory design, quota setting, and analytics. Working with our Sales Incentive Manager as part of our Revenue Operations team, your primary focus will be supporting sales strategy, quarterly commissions and quota setting throughout the Americas region.


In this high visibility role, you will partner closely with our Americas sales leadership and will be responsible for supporting and executing core processes such as plan design and implementation, quota methodology, plan administration, performance management, audits, and analytics. You will utilize data-driven solutions to influence decisions regarding future plan designs and policies. Additionally, you will take charge of managing the day-to-day activities necessary to maintain the systems and tools supporting these processes.


How You’ll Make An Impact: 



  • Support compensation processes such as plan design and implementation, quota methodology and plan performance for the US, Canada, and Latin America. 

  • Provide data and analytics to influence decisions for future plan design and policies. 

  • Lead projects required to enhance, and optimize the organizations sales planning and compensation systems. 

  • Work with sales leadership to define and implement relevant compensation performance metrics and dashboards to assist leadership in managing the business and making data-driven decisions. 

  • Establish effective working relationships with key stakeholders and business leaders throughout Sales, Finance, HR and legal in the development, design, terms & conditions, processes, and policies to support business strategy. 

  • Collaborate with the sales team on escalated compensation issues by providing insights and analysis. 

  • Create content and communications as it relates to the annual sales compensation plan, related changes and statements to the sales organization. 

  • Implement best practices surrounding sales productivity improvements to ensure alignment with compensation plan components.


What You Bring: 



  • Education: Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience. 

  • Work Experience: 3-5 years experience in Finance, Sales Operations, or Commissions. 

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills required Prior experience with sales compensation system administration of software (Xactly, Callidus, Anaplan) is strongly preferred. 

  • Innovative problem solver with strong analytical and decision-making skills. 

  • Clear and thoughtful communicator in discussing and sharing sensitive performance and compensation data with a range of business functions. 

  • Detail-oriented, self-starter, quick learner, organized. 

  • Ability to work in a team and build relationships while working cross functionally. 

  • Can meet strict deadlines and work under pressure.

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is $93,000 - $157,800 at the time of posting. This range is inclusive of all geographic locations within the United States. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is also eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
