We are
looking for a sales administrator to join our team. You will serve as a point
of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and
provide support for sales representatives.
Our ideal
candidate has a deep knowledge of customer service.
In this
role, you will have the opportunity to:

Develop
knowledge of BBQ equipment products, customer support and technical skills
vital to perform maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
- Establish
sales quotas and goals for the sales team
- Collaborate
with the sales team to support various aspects of the sales process.
- Maintaining
and updating sales and customer records
- Completes
administration duties (process
orders and sales, inventory, etc.)
- Support
colleagues and contribute to a positive and enjoyable work environment
The
essential requirements of the job include:
Minimum
two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of
education and experience.
Early/Emerging
career - No experience required
It
would be a plus if you have:
Knowledge
of electrical installations, basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
MS skills
with Excel and Word required
Excellent presentation
skills
Excellent
technical skills, with a solid understanding of electrical systems, mechanical
systems

The hourly
range is $24.00 to $28.00. Final
compensation offered may vary depending on experience and qualifications.
