Job Description

The LMS and Corporate Training Coordinator is a key critical position on the Global Talent Development team. Under the direction of the Senior Director of Global Talent Development, you will ensure programs and processes are delivered within expected cost and schedule with the highest quality of customer service and quality. 


 


How You’ll Make An Impact: 


 


In this role, you will oversee the management of the department’s support of the Learning Management System. You will ensure that the enrollment and record keeping of Corporate and HR compliance training is accurate and up to date to meet regulatory requirements.  You will also serve as a liaison between all three regions (Americas, EMEA, APAC) as it relates to training coordination for all levels of Bio-Rad’s Learning Academy.You will also be responsible for monthly learning metric reports which provide important insights on employee participation for the team to continuously improve our learning offerings and resources. In addition, you will manage the New Hire Orientation by sending timely communications, manage the facilitators schedule and coordinate with IT team for technical support.  Lastly, you will support the tracking and paying of invoices and budget management to ensure efficient and effective expense management.


 


Specifically, you will provide:



  • LMS Administration to certify all HR compliance training courses are executed by previously set deadlines and completion rates. 

  • Digital Tool Management (providing access to Degreed and LinkedIn Learning). 

  • Learning Academy administration and support (monthly completion reporting, session schedules, room reservations, participant enrollment). 

  • Minor Training Course logistical support (setting up training, printing participant materials, ordering lunches). 

  • Global Talent Development reporting (Learning Academy metrics and department budget and invoice)


What You Bring: 



  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Computing Science or related business field. 

  • 5+ years’ experience with LMS and/or comparable data base administration experience. 

  • 5+ years' successful project coordination and/or training administration experience. 

  • 5+ years' managing vendors and sites. 

  • High degree of collaboration and relationship building required.


Location: Bio-Rad is pleased to offer the flexibility of a hybrid work environment for this role, 3 days in office, 2 days remote, working out of the Hercules, CA office.

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is $82,000 to $112,800 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
